At Pound Disc Golf, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our packs and want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original condition.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your disc golf pack or accessory is in brand-new, unused condition with all original tags attached and has been purchased within the last 30 days.

Submit a Request

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Secure Packaging

Pack your gear securely in its original box or a similar protective container, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees, within 5-7 business days.
